  1. Develop and implement project control strategies and plans to ensure successful delivery of complex programs.
  2. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, providing recommendations for mitigation and resolution.
  3. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall program timelines and objectives.
  4. Monitor project budgets and resource allocations, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  5. Collaborate with project teams to establish and track project milestones and deliverables.
  6. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
  7. Utilize project management tools and techniques to identify and track project dependencies and critical path activities.
  8. Lead and mentor junior project controls staff, providing guidance and support in project planning and execution.
  9. Continuously improve project control processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Serve as a liaison between project teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  11. Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to identify trends and make informed decisions to drive project success.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  13. Contribute to the development of project proposals and business development efforts as needed.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in project controls to continuously improve processes and techniques.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program/Project Management Or Program Controls.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Primavera P6, Ms Project, And Earned Value Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Project Risks.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Project Budgets, Schedules, And Resources, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency And Meeting Project Milestones.
