- Develop and implement efficient and effective operational processes and procedures for Honeywell's product lines.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of product operations, including supply chain, production, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize product operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals and targets are met.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall product operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Extensive Experience In Product Operations Management: A Senior Product Ops Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Product Operations Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Processes And Driving Operational Efficiency.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires An Individual Who Can Think Strategically And Proactively Identify Areas For Improvement Within The Product Operations Process. Strong Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential For Identifying And Implementing Effective Solutions.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Senior Product Ops Manager Must Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects At Once, Ensuring They Are Completed On Time, Within Budget, And To The Required Quality Standards.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Development, Supply Chain, And Sales.
