  1. Lead and manage procurement projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget constraints.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and address any potential issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet objectives.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing for goods and services.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and resolving any issues that may arise.
  6. Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Train and mentor junior procurement team members, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and knowledge.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for implementing best practices in procurement processes.
  11. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  12. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and adherence to budget.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of procurement strategies and initiatives.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our brand.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding And Experience With Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Negotiations, And Contract Management.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Execute Multiple Procurement Projects Simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Suppliers, Stakeholders, And Cross-Functional Teams.
