  2. Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

  4. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Corporate Finance Role, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Managerial Position.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Cfa Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Financial Projects And Driving Business Growth Through Strategic Financial Planning.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Risk Management. Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions Is A Plus.
