In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investigations, identifying potential fraud risks, and implementing fraud prevention measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and forensic accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully identifying and mitigating fraud risks.   1. Conduct investigations into potential cases of fraud and financial irregularities within the company.
  2. Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies and measures.
  3. Identify and assess potential fraud risks within the company's operations and processes.
  4. Work closely with various departments and teams to gather and analyze data related to fraud.
  5. Review and evaluate financial and operational controls to ensure they are effective in preventing and detecting fraud.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention.
  7. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for senior management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and forensic experts.
  9. Train and educate employees on fraud awareness and prevention.
  10. Monitor and track fraud incidents and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
  11. Collaborate with internal audit team members to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all investigations and activities.
  14. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fraud and forensic accounting.
  15. Proactively identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements to prevent fraud.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Conducting Fraud Investigations And Forensic Audits In A Large And Complex Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Fraud Detection, Prevention, And Investigation.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Fraud Examiner (Cfe) Or Certified Internal Auditor (Cia).

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Auditors And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams To Identify And Mitigate Fraud Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management And Other Stakeholders.
