• Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property laws and regulations
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including patent and trademark applications, licensing agreements, and cease and desist letters
• Perform due diligence on potential mergers and acquisitions related to intellectual property assets
• Manage a portfolio of intellectual property assets, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating with outside counsel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, marketing, and business development, to ensure proper protection and management of intellectual property
• Monitor and enforce trademark and patent infringement cases and assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks
• Stay updated on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations and provide recommendations to the legal team
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of legal presentations and trainings on intellectual property topics for internal stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Participate in departmental and company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.
