- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within our manufacturing operations.
- Utilize industrial engineering principles and techniques to analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean principles and methodologies.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving workflow.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for production processes.
- Collaborate with equipment and tooling teams to ensure efficient and effective use of machinery and equipment.
- Train and mentor junior industrial engineers and production team members on best practices and new processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify and implement new technologies and processes that will benefit the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Industrial Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Six Sigma Methodologies.
Proven Experience In Process Improvement And Optimization, With A Track Record Of Achieving Cost Savings And Efficiency Gains.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Projects To Completion.
