  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively penetrate the market and increase market share.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to deliver a cohesive and effective sales approach.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve their full potential and ensure a high level of performance.
  9. Set and monitor sales targets and provide regular reports on progress and results to senior management.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and generate leads.
  11. Continuously strive to enhance the company's reputation and brand image by delivering exceptional sales experiences to clients.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  13. Keep abreast of competitors' strategies and offerings to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

  15. Act as a mentor and provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • 8+ Years Of Experience In Sales Leadership, Preferably In The Software As A Service (Saas) Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales And Exceeding Revenue Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Sales Processes And Experience Managing Complex Sales Cycles.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Leadership Skills.
