  1. Develop and implement transformation strategies: The Senior Director of Transformation will be responsible for creating and executing long-term transformational strategies that align with Honeywell's overall business objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Senior Director Transformation Will Be Responsible For Driving Change Across Various Departments And Teams Within The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In Business Transformation, Including Digital Transformation, Change Management, And Organizational Design.
