  5. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic decisions.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to build their strategic thinking skills.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  12. Prepare and present strategic plans and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  13. Lead and facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops.

  15. Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
