  1. Oversee all aspects of payroll operations for the North American region
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  4. Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline payroll processes
  6. Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals
  7. Train and develop team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  8. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address payroll-related inquiries and issues
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll data
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations
  11. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes
  12. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and service providers
  13. Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Payroll Management: A Senior Director Of North American Payroll At Honeywell Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Payroll Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Overseeing Large And Complex Payroll Operations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Us And Canadian Payroll Laws And Regulations: In Addition To Having Experience In Payroll Management, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Us And Canadian Payroll Laws And Regulations, Including Tax Laws, Labor Laws, And Reporting Requirements.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Diverse Team Of Payroll Professionals And Drive Results Through Effective Communication, Delegation, And Decision-Making.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Senior Director Of North American Payroll Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Payroll Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Business Objectives. Therefore, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking Skills.
