  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for HR, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR digital solutions professionals, providing guidance and direction to achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies in the HR space, and make recommendations for implementation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of digital HR solutions with other business processes and systems.
  5. Drive the transformation of HR processes and systems to enhance employee engagement and improve business outcomes.
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gain buy-in and support for digital initiatives.
  7. Monitor and analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital solutions on HR operations and employee experience.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for HR digital solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  9. Stay current on industry best practices and trends in HR technology, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  10. Serve as a thought leader and champion for digital transformation within the HR department and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hr Technology And Digital Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Technology Solutions, With A Focus On Digital Tools And Platforms.

  • Leadership And Strategic Thinking: A Senior Director Of Hr Digital Solutions Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Think Strategically To Drive The Digital Transformation Of The Hr Function. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, And Learning And Development. They Should Also Be Familiar With Hris And Other Hr Technology Platforms.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Be Able To Translate Complex Technical Concepts Into Easy-To-Understand Language For Non-Technical Audiences.
