- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of materials planning operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and materials planning.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team to support the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
- Represent Honeywell in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and other external partners.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates on materials planning performance and initiatives.

Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: A Senior Director Global Materials Planning Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Materials Planning, Procurement, And Inventory Management. This Experience Should Be At A Senior Management Level, Preferably In A Global Setting.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Role Of A Senior Director Global Materials Planning Requires Significant Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Build And Motivate High-Performing Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Large Teams Across Multiple Locations And Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks And Responsibilities.
