Honeywell is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Senior Director of Commercial Excellence. As Senior Director, you will lead the team responsible for driving commercial excellence and profit optimization across all Honeywell businesses.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of sales and/or marketing experience in a high-tech, global business environment. You will have a proven track record in sales and/or marketing strategy, business development, and driving successful execution. Your exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills will be essential for success. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team responsible for driving commercial excellence and profit optimization across all Honeywell businesses.
  2. Develop and implement sales and/or marketing strategies and business development plans.
  3. Analyze data to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
  4. Provide exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team.
  5. Monitor and evaluate team performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  7. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and optimize processes.
  8. Prepare and present reports to senior management on progress and insights.
  9. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
