  9. Conduct negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for the company.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on contract management processes and best practices.
  11. Proactively identify potential areas of improvement in contract management processes and make recommendations for streamlining and efficiency.
  12. Stay informed on changes in contract laws and regulations and make necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive contract information.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates on contract status and address any concerns.
  15. Represent Honeywell in a professional and ethical manner at all times, upholding the company's values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Contract Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Contracting Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Legal Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Contract Law Principles And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Far And Dfars.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Draft And Review Complex Contracts And Agreements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
