  1. Manage and negotiate complex contracts with clients to ensure successful partnerships and business outcomes.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms and conditions, identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute contract strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding contract related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the contract lifecycle.
  6. Conduct regular audits of existing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry standards.
  7. Prepare and review contract documents, including proposals, amendments, and addendums, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  8. Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations and best practices related to contract management.
  10. Mentor and train junior contract representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Participate in contract negotiations with potential clients, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract-related activities.
  13. Proactively identify potential contract renewal or expansion opportunities and work with relevant stakeholders to pursue them.
  14. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and financial requirements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Large Corporation

  • Strong Knowledge Of Contract Law And Negotiation Skills

  • Experience With Government Contracts And Regulations, Including Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (Dfars)
