  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  2. Collaborate with internal sales team to identify new channel partners and opportunities for business expansion.
  3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
  5. Train and support channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company values.
  6. Negotiate and close deals with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  7. Proactively communicate with channel partners to provide updates on products, promotions, and company news.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve channel partner performance to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  9. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns targeted towards channel partners.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential channel partners.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify new business opportunities.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to management on channel sales performance and progress.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A B2B Channel Sales Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Channel Management Expertise: Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Channel Sales Strategies, Including Distribution Channels, Partner Programs, And Channel Development.

  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated Technical Aptitude And Ability To Understand And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Products And Solutions To Customers And Partners.

  • Relationship Building Skills: Proven Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Partners, Distributors, And Other Key Stakeholders, Both Internally And Externally.

  • Leadership And Teamwork: Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Common Goals And Objectives. Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Is A Plus.
