- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales programs and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to ensure alignment with sales objectives and provide support as needed.
- Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to enable them to effectively sell and promote Honeywell products.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Honeywell's products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate their value to partners and customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with channel partners.
- Represent Honeywell at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products to potential partners and customers.
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, in all sales activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize channel sales processes and workflows.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Designated Sales Territory.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Channel Sales Strategies And Tactics.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Channel Partners And Internal Stakeholders.
Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Develop Effective Sales Plans To Achieve Revenue Targets.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Sales Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Industrial Sector.
