1. Develop and execute advanced test plans and procedures for new and existing products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure product quality.
3. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
4. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
7. Lead and mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
8. Develop and maintain test automation scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy of testing.
9. Work closely with design and development teams to identify potential areas for improvement in product design and functionality.
10. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure testing requirements are met.
11. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and identify potential issues.
12. Document and communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
13. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve the testing process to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
