Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Systems Engineering Or A Related Discipline.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably Within The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Systems Engineering Processes And Methodologies, Such As Requirements Management, System Architecture Development, And System Integration And Testing.
Experience With Advanced Systems Engineering Tools, Such As Doors, Sysml, And Simulation Software.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
