Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Electrical, Mechanical, Or Systems Engineering.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Engineering Or Project Management Within A High-Tech Industry, Preferably In Aerospace Or Defense.
Demonstrated Experience Leading Complex Projects From Concept To Completion, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Management.
Strong Technical Expertise And Proficiency In Engineering Principles, Project Management Methodologies, And Relevant Industry Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
