- Design and develop advanced memory technologies for Honeywell's diverse portfolio of products.
- Take a lead role in the design process, from concept development to final product delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that memory designs meet project requirements and timelines.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new memory technologies and drive innovation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to memory design.
- Generate and review technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in memory technology to continuously improve designs.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on memory design best practices and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any issues.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other team meetings to contribute ideas and solutions.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select and qualify memory components for use in Honeywell products.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization in memory design.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Memory Design And Development, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Advanced Memory Architectures And Design Techniques, Including Ddr, Sram, And Flash.
Strong Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design Tools Such As Cadence, Synopsys, And Mentor Graphics.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Memory Design Engineers.
In-Depth Understanding Of Industry Standards And Protocols Such As Jedec, Pci Express, And Usb.
