  6. Lead and mentor junior engineers in the development and implementation of advanced materials and processes.

  9. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all materials and processes, including specifications, procedures, and test results.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing materials and processes to increase efficiency, quality and reduce costs.
  11. Participate in industry conferences and events to network and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in advanced materials and processes.
  12. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines when working with advanced materials and processes.
  13. Collaborate with intellectual property lawyers to identify and protect valuable intellectual property related to advanced materials and processes.
  14. Act as a technical expert and provide guidance to other departments and teams on advanced materials and processes.
  15. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Advanced Materials Development And Process Engineering.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Material Characterization Techniques, Including Sem, Tem, Xrd, And Thermal Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With 3D Printing And Additive Manufacturing Processes.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills With A Track Record Of Successful Product Development And Implementation.
