In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry, while driving sales and revenue growth.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry.
  2. Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding current accounts.
  3. Utilize your strong understanding of the oil and gas market to effectively communicate and position our products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  5. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Proactively seek out customer feedback and utilize it to continuously improve our products and services.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  10. Represent Honeywell at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new developments and innovations.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Honeywell, promoting our values and mission to clients and stakeholders.
  13. Mentor and train junior account managers to help them achieve their sales goals and develop their skills.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth and development within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Oil & Gas Industry: A Senior Account Manager In Oil & Gas Process Solutions At Honeywell Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Oil And Gas Industry, Including The Various Processes And Technologies Involved.

  • Strong Sales And Account Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.

  • Technical Expertise: In Addition To Sales And Account Management Skills, The Senior Account Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Oil And Gas Process Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of Process Instrumentation, Control Systems, And Automation Technologies.

  • Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior-Level Role, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Stakeholders, And Cross-Functional Teams Within Honeywell.

  • Leadership And Team Management: The Senior Account Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Account Managers And Technical Specialists. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Towards Achieving Sales Targets And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.
