  10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and results to management.
  12. Mentor and train junior account managers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  14. Continuously seek new ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
  15. Represent Honeywell at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales And Account Management Within The Building Technologies Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Building Automation Systems And Solutions, Including Hvac, Security, And Energy Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Focus On Building Long-Term Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Additional Certifications Such As Certified Energy Manager (Cem) Or Leed Accredited Professional (Ap) Are Preferred.
