  1. Utilize expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) to support global business operations.
  2. Drive successful project delivery by analyzing and monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.
  4. Develop and maintain SAP PS processes and procedures to streamline project management and ensure compliance with company standards.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any SAP PS related issues in a timely manner.
  6. Continuously improve SAP PS processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including management and end-users.
  8. Train and support end-users on SAP PS functionality and processes.
  9. Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other systems and processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP PS to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  12. Support the implementation of new SAP PS functionalities and processes.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation and training materials.
  15. Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Sap Ps Analyst, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Engineering Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Sap Project System (Ps) Module, Including Configuration And End-To-End Project Management Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
