  1. Conduct regular inspections and analyses of mechanical systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to maintain the reliability and longevity of mechanical systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new mechanical systems, taking into consideration reliability and performance requirements.
  4. Utilize data analysis and predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate potential failures and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical failures to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mechanical engineering to continuously improve the reliability of our products.
  7. Lead or participate in reliability testing and validation activities, providing technical expertise and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Provide technical support to production and field service teams, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation and reports on reliability metrics, failure analysis, and corrective actions.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates and recommendations for improving the reliability of mechanical systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Product Reliability Engineering

  • Strong Understanding Of Reliability Principles And Methodologies, Including Fmea And Statistical Analysis

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Simulation Tools

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
