- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Train and supervise quality control team members to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Review and approve quality documentation, such as inspection reports and quality records.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to continuously enhance quality processes.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met in the supply chain.
- Prepare and present quality reports and updates to management.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Iso 9001 Standards And Other Quality Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Team Members.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Problem-Solving Techniques, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Quality Management, Or Business Administration.
