  1. Develop and implement project control strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Conduct thorough project planning, including creating schedules and budgets, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, providing recommendations for timely resolution.
  4. Collaborate with project team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status.
  5. Maintain project control documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  6. Conduct regular project audits to ensure compliance with project plans and budgets.
  7. Communicate project status updates and potential risks to project stakeholders, including management and clients.
  8. Analyze project data and provide insights and recommendations for improved project performance.
  9. Utilize project management software and tools to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  10. Mentor and train junior program controls specialists on project control processes and procedures.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and new project control techniques to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with project team members and stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Program Controls, Project Management, Or A Related Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Including Earned Value Management (Evm) And Critical Path Method (Cpm).

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
