Program Controls Specialist
Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace Propulsion. You will be the technical leader and be the primary decision maker for program cost, schedule, and technical issues. You will lead prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance. The role will support a fast-paced program within Propulsion. Development of Initial Program Baselines. Prepare and Analyze Internal Cost Report Data. EAC Management on Assigned Programs. Compliant Baseline Change Management. Ensures Cost and Schedule Integration. Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team.
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
Experience as Business Analyst
Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
Cost Reporting Experience: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
