- Identify and prioritize new product opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring them to market.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and trends to inform product development strategies and decisions.
- Drive innovation and creativity within the program, constantly seeking new ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Communicate program updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Product Development Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Product Development Processes And Experience In Driving Cross-Functional Teams To Meet Project Timelines And Deliverables.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products, From Ideation To Commercialization.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Competing Priorities.
