- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to drive efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for procurement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement to continually improve processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely and efficient procurement operations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive value and innovation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new procurement policies and procedures.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the procurement function.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Negotiations, And Contract Management
Proficiency In Project Management And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
