  1. Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost savings and efficiency.
  2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms for goods and services.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  4. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and contracts.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make informed procurement decisions.
  8. Identify and address any potential supply chain risks.
  9. Communicate and negotiate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in procurement activities.
  11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Train and mentor junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure an optimal supply chain.
  14. Participate in budget planning and forecasting to support effective procurement strategies.
  15. Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices related to procurement.
  16. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of procurement activities.
  17. Handle any procurement-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  18. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide procurement policies and procedures.
  19. Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with suppliers and other external stakeholders.
  20. Keep abreast of changes in the market and proactively adapt procurement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Purchasing, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Understanding Of Procurement Best Practices And Knowledge Of Global Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Proficiency In Procurement Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Ariba.
