  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive process safety management program for all Honeywell facilities.
  2. Implement and monitor safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the manufacturing process.
  4. Design and implement mechanical integrity programs to ensure safe operation of equipment and machinery.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives.
  6. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any potential safety risks and develop corrective actions.
  7. Provide technical expertise and support to the operations team in identifying and resolving safety-related issues.
  8. Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  9. Develop training programs and materials to educate employees on process safety and mechanical integrity best practices.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to process safety and mechanical integrity.
  11. Participate in incident investigations and provide recommendations for prevention of future incidents.
  12. Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and vendors, on safety-related matters.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation related to process safety and mechanical integrity procedures and practices.
  14. Lead and participate in emergency response drills and procedures.
  15. Mentor and train junior engineers and new employees on process safety and mechanical integrity principles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Process Safety Management And Mechanical Integrity.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Standards Such As Osha 1910.119, Api 510/570/571, And Asme Codes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Process Safety Programs And Conducting Equipment Inspections.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Hazards And Recommend Solutions.
