  1. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for their mitigation.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to process safety and mechanical integrity.
  3. Develop and maintain process safety management programs, including standard operating procedures, risk management plans, and emergency response plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for process safety and mechanical integrity issues.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents and develop action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in process safety and mechanical integrity performance.
  7. Provide guidance and training to employees on process safety and mechanical integrity best practices.
  8. Participate in the design and commissioning of new facilities or process modifications to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  9. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in process safety and mechanical integrity.
  10. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to process safety and mechanical integrity.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, employees, and external stakeholders, regarding process safety and mechanical integrity matters.
  13. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
  14. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process safety and mechanical integrity performance.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide support and guidance to other departments and teams on process safety and mechanical integrity matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Safety Management (Psm) And Mechanical Integrity (Mi) In A Manufacturing Or Chemical Industry Setting

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Psm Regulations, Standards, And Best Practices (E.g. Osha 29 Cfr 1910.119, Api 510/570/571/580)

  • Demonstrated Experience In Conducting Process Hazard Analyses, Managing Change Management Processes, And Developing And Implementing Mi Programs

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Safety Hazards And Ensure Compliance With Psm And Mi Requirements.
