  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Honeywell's clean energy and environmental solutions, including clean hydrogen and carbon capture technologies.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy industry, specifically focusing on the adoption of clean energy solutions.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry, including potential customers and partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and capabilities of Honeywell's clean energy solutions.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to post-sales support.
  7. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  9. Represent Honeywell at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our clean energy solutions and network with potential customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations related to clean energy and environmental solutions.
  11. Mentor and train junior sales engineers to develop their technical and sales skills.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
  14. Collaborate with global teams and support international sales efforts as needed.
