Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: A Principal Software Engineer Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Software Projects.

  • Expertise In Next-Gen Avionics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Deep Knowledge And Expertise In Next-Gen Avionics Technologies, Including Advanced Flight Control Systems, Navigation Systems, And Communication Systems.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Software Engineers And Manage Complex Projects From Conception To Delivery. The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership, Communication, And Project Management Skills.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Principal Software Engineer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Programming Languages, And Tools. They Should Be Proficient In Languages Such As C++, Java, And Python, And Have Experience With Agile And Devops Practices.
