  1. Conduct background checks and screenings on potential employees, contractors, and visitors.
  2. Maintain and update security clearance records for all employees and contractors.
  3. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of our company and its assets.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze security systems, including access control and CCTV, to identify and address any weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
  6. Coordinate and conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
  7. Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in security technology to continuously improve our security measures.
  9. Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on security initiatives and address any concerns.
  10. Act as a liaison with external security agencies and authorities.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and laws.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding security procedures and protocols.
  14. Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  15. Actively participate in emergency response and crisis management efforts.
  16. Continuously assess and improve security processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  17. Serve as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and requests.
  18. Prepare and present reports on security activities and incidents to management.
  19. Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility among all employees.
  20. Represent Honeywell in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or Psychology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Personnel Security, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Personnel Security, Such As Nispom And Jpas.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Security Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels And Handle Sensitive Information With Discretion.
