As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR and Employment attorneys in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.   1. Conduct legal research and provide support to HR and Employment attorneys on various employment law matters.
  2. Review and analyze employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and discovery requests.
  4. Maintain and organize legal files and documents, including case files, contracts, and correspondence.
  5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding legal matters and provide timely updates to attorneys.
  6. Attend meetings and take detailed notes to assist attorneys in case preparation.
  7. Assist with the preparation and coordination of employee trainings on HR and employment law topics.
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and provide updates to the legal team.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Compliance, to ensure legal compliance in company policies and procedures.
  10. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence for the legal team.
  11. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the legal team.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  14. Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  15. Uphold Honeywell's values and code of conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications
