  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of various employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance for all global HR processes and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with HR team to ensure all employment-related documents, such as policies, contracts, and agreements, are up-to-date and legally sound.
  3. Assist with the development and implementation of HR training programs for employees and managers, including topics such as anti-discrimination, harassment, and diversity.
  4. Provide support in conducting internal investigations into employee complaints or legal issues, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all HR legal matters, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  6. Review and revise HR policies and procedures as needed to comply with changing laws and regulations.
  7. Assist in drafting and reviewing employment-related contracts and agreements, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and severance agreements.
  8. Coordinate with outside counsel on employment-related lawsuits and legal matters.
  9. Stay updated on current and emerging HR and employment law trends and changes, and proactively make recommendations for compliance.
  10. Collaborate with various departments, such as HR, finance, and operations, to provide legal advice and support on employment-related matters.
  11. Continuously improve and streamline HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with the legal team and other departments within the company.
  13. Represent Honeywell in a professional and ethical manner at all times, adhering to company values and standards.
  14. Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  15. Act as a resource and point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related legal inquiries and concerns.
