- Conduct thorough research and analysis of various employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance for all global HR processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure all employment-related documents, such as policies, contracts, and agreements, are up-to-date and legally sound.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR training programs for employees and managers, including topics such as anti-discrimination, harassment, and diversity.
- Provide support in conducting internal investigations into employee complaints or legal issues, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all HR legal matters, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Review and revise HR policies and procedures as needed to comply with changing laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing employment-related contracts and agreements, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and severance agreements.
- Coordinate with outside counsel on employment-related lawsuits and legal matters.
- Stay updated on current and emerging HR and employment law trends and changes, and proactively make recommendations for compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as HR, finance, and operations, to provide legal advice and support on employment-related matters.
- Continuously improve and streamline HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with the legal team and other departments within the company.
- Represent Honeywell in a professional and ethical manner at all times, adhering to company values and standards.
- Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a resource and point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related legal inquiries and concerns.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Legal Or Hr/Employment Role
Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism
