- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and trends in OT cybersecurity to continuously improve training materials.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' OT systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized training solutions for clients' specific needs.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on implementing and maintaining effective security measures for their OT systems.
- Create and maintain training documentation and materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Conduct training sessions for clients' employees and stakeholders, both in-person and remotely.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on OT cybersecurity for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to share knowledge and promote Honeywell's OT cybersecurity solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other cybersecurity experts within Honeywell to share knowledge and best practices.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Industrial Control Systems (Ics) Security, Including Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response.
In-Depth Understanding Of Ot Cybersecurity Standards And Regulations, Such As Nist 800-82 And Iec 62443.
Strong Technical Skills In Network And System Security, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Siem.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Delivering Effective Ot Cybersecurity Training Programs For Diverse Teams And Audiences.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
