  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients on OT cybersecurity best practices and solutions.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in the field of OT cybersecurity to ensure training materials are relevant and effective.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to inform training content and delivery methods.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop customized training plans for clients based on their specific needs.
  5. Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, videos, and simulations, to effectively educate clients on OT cybersecurity.
  6. Train and mentor clients on how to implement and maintain OT cybersecurity measures to protect their critical infrastructure and industrial systems.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for the company, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments on OT cybersecurity matters.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they are effective and align with industry standards and client needs.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them strengthen their cybersecurity defenses.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in OT cybersecurity and promote our training programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In The Field Of Ot Cybersecurity.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Nist, Iec 62443, And Iso 27001.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Cybersecurity Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Cybersecurity Threats And Vulnerabilities In Ot Systems.
