Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join the Honeywell team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations, implementing process improvements and delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills who is able to effectively manage multiple tasks and work with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field, as well as 5 years of experience in a managerial role. An understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles is highly desirable, along with experience in developing and leading teams.
