  1. Utilize numerical control systems to program and monitor manufacturing processes.
  2. Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.
  3. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC programs and machines.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation and records of CNC programs and processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in numerical control technology.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on numerical control systems and processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  11. Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate new numerical control equipment and software.
  13. Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  15. Represent Honeywell and our commitment to safety, security, and sustainability through all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Numerical Control (Nc) Machines And Programming.

  • Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software And G-Code Programming.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Nc Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Nc Machining Processes, Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.
