- Utilize numerical control systems to program and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC programs and machines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of CNC programs and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in numerical control technology.
- Train and mentor junior team members on numerical control systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate new numerical control equipment and software.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Numerical Control (Nc) Machines And Programming.
Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software And G-Code Programming.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Nc Programs.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Nc Machining Processes, Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.
