  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential merger and acquisition targets, including financial, industry, and competitive analysis.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential deals and assess their impact on the company's financial performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify and prioritize potential acquisition opportunities.
  4. Conduct due diligence on potential targets, including financial, legal, and operational aspects.
  5. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Evaluate and negotiate deal terms and structures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  7. Monitor and track market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for growth through mergers and acquisitions.
  8. Support the integration process for completed acquisitions, including developing integration plans and tracking progress.
  9. Maintain relationships with external advisors and industry experts to stay informed on market trends and potential opportunities.
  10. Continuously review and improve M&A processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Knowledge Of M&A Processes And Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The M&A Process, Including Deal Structuring, Due Diligence, Valuation Techniques, And Negotiation Strategies.

  • Experience In Conducting Market Research And Due Diligence: A Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst At Honeywell Should Have Experience In Conducting Market Research And Due Diligence On Potential Acquisition Targets, Including Analyzing Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Financial Performance.
