  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential M&A targets that align with Honeywell's business strategy and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential acquisition opportunities and present findings to senior management.
  3. Develop financial models and conduct due diligence to assess the financial viability and potential risks of potential acquisitions.
  4. Work closely with legal and finance teams to negotiate and structure deals that align with Honeywell's financial and strategic goals.
  5. Assist with the integration process of acquired companies, including conducting post-merger financial analysis and identifying opportunities for operational synergies.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact potential M&A opportunities.
  7. Maintain relationships with external parties, such as investment banks and brokers, to stay informed about potential M&A opportunities.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of ongoing M&A activities.
  9. Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during the M&A process.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of acquired companies to ensure they are meeting Honeywell's strategic and financial goals.
  11. Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on potential M&A opportunities and their potential impact on the company's growth and expansion.
  12. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the M&A process, including potential targets, internal teams, and external advisors.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of M&A strategies and processes to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling sensitive information related to potential acquisitions.
  15. Represent Honeywell in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, while promoting the company's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking Or Corporate Finance, With A Focus On M&A Transactions

  • Strong Analytical Skills, Including Financial Modeling And Valuation Techniques

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders
