1. Safely and accurately move materials and products throughout the facility using various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
2. Receive, store, and distribute materials and products according to established procedures and work instructions.
3. Ensure all materials and products are properly labeled, identified, and stored in designated locations.
4. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
5. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
6. Work with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
8. Operate computer systems and scanners to record material movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient flow of materials and products.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make suggestions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
12. Complete all required training and participate in ongoing professional development.
13. Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
