  1. Develop and implement manufacturing execution systems for various products.
  2. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production processes.

  5. Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of the MES.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MES technology.
  7. Train and support team members on the use and maintenance of the MES.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the MES.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all MES operations.
  10. Monitor and analyze data from the MES to identify opportunities for optimization.
  11. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on MES performance and improvements.
  12. Participate in the development and execution of long-term MES strategies.
  13. Maintain documentation and record-keeping related to the MES.
  14. Maintain a high level of technical expertise in MES systems.
  15. Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Degree In Engineering, Such As Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Electrical Engineering, Is Typically Required For A Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer Role At Honeywell. This Education Provides A Strong Foundation In Technical Skills, Problem-Solving, And Critical Thinking, Which Are Essential For This Position.

  • Experience In Manufacturing Processes And Systems: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Systems, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Optimizing These Processes In A Production Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Quality Control, Supply Chain Management, And Lean Manufacturing Principles.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Software: Honeywell's Manufacturing Execution Systems (Mes) Engineers Must Have Strong Programming Skills And Be Proficient In Languages Such As Java, C++, And Sql. They Should Also Have Experience With Mes Software, Such As Wonderware, Sap, Or Rockwell Automation.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Systems, Identify Problems, And Develop Solutions Is Crucial For A Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer At Honeywell. Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues In A Manufacturing Setting.
