  1. Design and implement efficient and effective Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize manufacturing processes.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot existing MES systems to ensure continuous functionality and accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  5. Ensure that all MES systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Provide technical support and training to production teams on MES systems and processes.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, for MES systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in MES technology to propose and implement innovative solutions.
  9. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select appropriate MES software and hardware.
  10. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and systems.
  11. Collaborate with project managers to develop timelines and budgets for MES projects.
  12. Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on MES projects and progress.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on the manufacturing floor.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  15. Represent Honeywell as a subject matter expert in MES at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
