1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting regulations and standards to ensure compliance with industry and company guidelines.
2. Oversee the preparation and review of all external financial reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other filings with the SEC.

9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline the external reporting process.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex accounting and reporting issues.

12. Represent the company in external meetings and presentations related to financial reporting.
13. Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to inform decision-making related to financial reporting.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
